Around The Clock Drain Master

Had water in our basement the evening before and tried submitting a claim to our home warranty company. When they weren’t able to find anyone for our ticket after a day and half without being able to use water in the house, we called Around the Clock Drain Masters and when quoted the price we asked them to come out and we’d cancel the warranty ticket. We called around 7:30 in the evening and said they would be there within half an hour. Service was efficient and timely and he was very friendly and easy going. We were super grateful for the speedy service time given the late hour and need for plumbing help! We would highly recommend and will definitely call for future needs!

Rob came out right away, used the auger to open my basement floor drain. Checked to make sure everything was draining properly. All good. Very professional and helpful. Will use Drain Masters services in the future when needed. Thank you!

Call anybody else! I do NOT recommend! Jason, the “boss”, came out after the first employee was unable to remedy the situation yesterday. While the first guy was polite and respectful he wasn’t able to really help. Jason also failed to remedy the problem leaving us to call Roto Rooter. However, the real issue and the reason for the dismissal review is because JASON completely disrespected our things and our home. He tracked God only knows what all over the carpet and our things in the bathroom. He moved personal belongings and our brand new washing machine without saying a word to us even though we were inside the house the entire time. He didn’t bother to clean anything up or put anything back where it was either. I will now be spending my time to clean up his mess. He also repeatedly left the exterior door wide open with temperatures in the 40’s and whilst being aware of our unrestricted animal inside the home. So two days and a massive mess later, nothing was resolved. Very frustrating experience.

They were prompt with service and very reasonable with price. Keeping them on speed dial for any future needs!

We called them twice in 5 days due to our main sewer line getting clogged twice. It was not an emergency but both times (Sunday afternoon, Friday morning) they arrived within an hour of being called. The second time they used a camera to inspect the lines all the way to the street to see if we had a serious issue and fortunately we did not! (But we did refresh our 5-year-old on what a reasonable amount of toilet paper is.) Both times they had to remove the toilet to access the pipe and replaced it like it never left. It was great to have the peace of mind that our lines are fine, and they were also very fair to us on the second visit even though the second clog had nothing to do with their previous work. They even provided us a copy of the video recording. Hope to never call them again - but will if we need it!

Great service and very nice and explained everything perfectly, got our pipes unclogged for $202 only took not even a hour. Comfort hero’s told us we needed new pipes and everything which would come out to $2000. Saved us tons of cash, thank you.

This is our go to company. We get great responses and timely repairs. If we have a bigger issue, they call us right away. They will meet other vendors if needed to clear up any clogs. Jetter service and camera inspections have really helped Want to do a shout out to Jason & Rob! Anyone else I missed. Thanks guys! Highly Recommend.
